We are looking for a freelancer who can take full responsibility for growing our freelance marketplace and bringing real value to the platform.This role requires execution + strategy, not just posting content.

1. Client Acquisition (Main Goal)

Your primary goal is to bring real clients to the platform.You are expected to:

• Use social media, content, and creative strategies to attract users
• Suggest and test new methods to bring traffic and convert it into clients
• Focus on quality users, not just numbers

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our presence on platforms like:
  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • X
• Create a consistent posting schedule
• Improve engagement and audience interaction
• Build a strong and professional brand presence

3. Content Creation (Videos + Posts)

• Create short-form videos (Reels / TikTok) to promote the platform
• Design high-quality posters and marketing visuals
• Write captions and marketing text that convert viewers into users
• Ensure all content is aligned with the platform’s branding

4. SEO Optimization

• Improve website visibility on search engines
• Suggest keywords and content ideas
• Optimize pages, titles, and descriptions
• Help increase organic traffic over time

5. Growth Strategy & Ideas

• Propose clear marketing plans and ideas
• Suggest campaigns, offers, or growth tactics
• Test different strategies and improve based on results
• Think creatively and act like a growth partner, not just a freelancer

6. Brand Building & Trust

• Help improve the platform’s image and credibility
• Suggest ways to increase trust (content, messaging, visuals)
• Ensure consistency in branding and communication

7. Performance Focus

You must focus on:

• Bringing real users
• Increasing engagement
• Improving conversions

Not just:

• Posting content without results

8. Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular updates on work done
• Share ideas and improvements
• Be responsive and committed

What Success Looks Like:

• Increase in real client sign-ups
• Better engagement on social media
• Improved SEO visibility
• Stronger brand presence
